Step one is all about getting to know who you are and gaining clarity on where you want to go. We will work together to understand your lifestory and recreate your story to what you want it to be. Additionally, this step includes your initial consultation, assessment and treatment plan.

In this step, we work on moving you closer to creating that life that you want. The objective here is learning the art of stilling the mind. This one simple task leads to clarity, purpose and direction.

Step 3 is all about removing self doubt, fear, trauma and anything else that might be an obstacle for you to overcome. We will work together to overcome these challenges so you can feel more peace, happiness and energy.

Step 4, we review all the work we did and check to see if there is anything else we need to work on in order to launch the new you into the future. We will create a lifestyle plan that will be your guide for maintaining your happiness and peace.

P.S. LOVE YOURSELF PROGRAM

This is a customizable 12-week program that will be created to help you learn how to cope with painful emotions and manage them on your own. Life can have many tragic, depressing or painful transitions. If you will allow me to, I can show you how to love yourself first and heal. Each session is 50 minutes.

P.S. LOVE YOURSELF INTENSIVE PROGRAM

This 24-week program is designed to help survivors of simple and complex trauma heal. In this program, I will teach you about trauma and how it affects your brain. You will have the opportunity to develop healthy coping skills that may aide in managing triggers, flashback, panic attacks, anxiety and depression. We will work together to create a mindfulness practice that works for you. In addition, I will help you learn how to set and maintain healthy boundaries. This program is intended to guide you through the journey of self-love and to help you heal from those “invisible” wounds. Each session is 50 minutes.
